Eligibility for Returns To be eligible, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it, with all original packaging, fittings, and fixings. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Ordered the Wrong Size or Force Rating? Gas struts and fittings are precise to length and Newton (N) force. If you've ordered the wrong part, you may return it within 30 days provided it is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. To avoid this, email us a photo of your existing part before ordering — we'll confirm compatibility for you.
